  • The Gyre

    The Gyre was a culinary venture I co-founded to explore immersive, concept-driven dining through pop-up restaurants and event-based hospitality. Each activation combined original branding, curated menus, and experiential design, built from the ground up with limited resources and tight timelines.

    I led operations, from sourcing venues and vendors to coordinating staffing, logistics, and guest experience.

    The Gyre served as both a creative outlet and a proving ground for lean, agile execution, blending entrepreneurship, hospitality, and storytelling into one cohesive platform.

  • Real Estate Development

    Through our company, JT22 LLC, my wife Taylor and I invest in and develop residential real estate, managing projects from acquisition to sale.

    In our first year, we generated over $1 million in revenue with a strong profit margin by identifying undervalued properties through cost-to-profit analysis and market insight.

    We manage renovation budgets, oversee contractors, and ensure timely execution to maximize value. We also negotiate all purchase and sale agreements personally, representing ourselves in each transaction.

  • Death Metaled

    Death Metaled is an independent clothing brand I co-founded with my wife, focused on bold, death metal–inspired design applied to subjects not traditionally associated with the genre.

    The result is a stark visual juxtaposition—national parks, natural landscapes, and cultural icons rendered in a raw, metal aesthetic.

    We manage the creative process end to end, from concept and design to production and distribution. The brand remains active with ongoing releases, available at deathmetaled.com.
